Digital BrainFest registration is $235 per person. The registration fee includes admission to sessions, breakfast, lunch and networking happy hour.

What is the payment policy?
Payment for Digital BrainFest registration may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made via email to Lara.McGlamery@infinitive.com.
50% refund: Registration cancellations received on or before Wednesday, April 1, 2016 will receive a refund of 50% the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Thursday, April 2, 2016.
If I can’t attend, may I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend Digital BrainFest, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and contact information and the new attendee’s name and contact information by Friday, April 30, 2016. Substitutions requested after this date are not guaranteed.
Which airports are closest to Tysons Corner, VA?
The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is located 13 miles east of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and 13 miles west of Reagan National Airport (DCA).
What transportation options are available?
Traveling by air: There are taxi stands at both Dulles Airport and Reagan National Airport. Car rental services are available at both airports, and Reagan National Airport also offers access to Metro’s Blue Line.
Traveling by car: There is complimentary onsite parking available at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.
Traveling by public transit: The Metro stop closest to the McLean Hilton is the McLean station on the Silver line. Visit WMATA.com for trip planning details.
Traveling by train: Union Station in downtown Washington, D.C., offers Amtrak and Amtrak Acela service. The train station is 18 miles from the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, and has both taxi stands and access to the Red Line of Washington’s Metro system.
How do I book a hotel for Digital BrainFest?
Rooms are available at the McLean Hilton for a discounted rate of $99-$199/night if booked before Friday, April 22. The discount rate applies for reservations from the night of Thursday, May 5 through the night of Saturday, May 7 and is subject to availability.

Hotel rooms not booked through one of the above methods will not receive the discounted rate.
Who is invited to Digital BrainFest?
Digital BrainFest is open to the public. However, to preserve the integrity of the event, Infinitive reserves the right to cancel and refund registrations from competitive consultancies.
