Brian believes being able to transform is one of the key must-have abilities of organizations. Across his eighteen years of consulting for Fortune 500 and large nonprofit clients, he has seen first-hand a number of organizations face challenges in the workplace that have been very hard to overcome. Preparing for the potential obstacles ahead of time, having plans in place, “navigating the grey” and pushing forward to successful change has been Brian’s focus on many large initiatives.
Brian has been with Infinitive for nearly eleven years, and has been a member of Infinitive’s Executive team for the past six. Prior, he held key roles for IBM’s Business Consulting Services and the Management Consulting side of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian’s experiences span areas that include Program & Portfolio Management, Change Management, Business/IT Strategy & Planning, Business Analysis, Business/IT Process Design and Operations. He has worked in a long list of industries including Media, Entertainment, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality, Non-Profit and Membership Associations, Financial Services, and Educational Services – with the latter few serving as his focus over the past several years.
He will be part of the panel for Transforming to Meet New Business Demands: Lessons Learned to Thrive or Die.
