Audrey has spent most of her financial services marketing career working on new products and innovations to help customers improve their financial lives. Her responsibilities included launching industry game changers from online and mobile banking to new ways to pay such as digital wallets. In her current role at Bank of America she is responsible for segment marketing strategy and execution for emerging payments as well as security-related initiatives.
Prior to Bank of America she held roles in marketing at Fleet Bank and Citibank supporting consumer, small business, and investments. She holds an MBA and a B.S. from Cornell University and resides in Northern Virginia.
She will be part of the panel for Transforming to Meet New Business Demands: Lessons Learned to Thrive or Die.
